(a.) unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
(b.) the address supplied by sender is incorrect.
(c.) recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.

 

Refund

No requests for refund will be entertained due to the product sold.
